Had the good fortune of get'n to meet up with Brother Steamer, and meet his better half Jackie. It was good conversation about the Club, and events of 52 years ago. I had forgotten soooo much !
The wives got to go "walk" about, and mine feels like she now has another "good friend", while Steamer and I sat in the garage, listened to tunes, drank some beer, and refreshed each others memories of long ago. Feels like the visit was all too short and they had to leave the next day, but it reminded me what this thing we call Brotherhood is about.
They are back in the land of the furnace, I'm look'n at Fall. Life is good at the homestead !
