Greetings Boss, Patched Brothers, Support, Prospects , etc. Long couple of days boss, super busy. Housing market is so crazy here that our agent didn't even have to post house ( she has buyers waiting ). Nice family came to see it thurs nite and put in bid within an hour. Felt good to sell to them, They had been waiting for few months but kept being outbid. I said screw that and paid it forward. I sold them ours for the zillow estimate. The buyer's wife was so happy and cried a little and said asked why are we not trying to have a bid war. I told her I have been truly blessed, made it home from country, Have great friends and brothers, great wife, etc. ( I think the good Lord approved cause we put in bid on house not far from Brother Twin and they accepted offer. ) Now the fun starts, insp, appraisial, sign and close etc. ( and the most fun part, packing LOL. ) No time for wind right now, but thats ok, Will get plenty in TX.
