Greetings Boss ( Happy Birthday ) . Greetings fellow Patched Holders, Prospects, Support, etc. All is good my AO. Have signing on this house 6/24. Looks like we are staying in this AO. Inspection report for TX did not work out. No Biggie, Life always throws a curve now and then. Our agent is pretty good and has been looking at different homes here. Will work out ok, Don't have to be out of here till end of July. Buyer's are pretty cool, gave us plenty of time to find place. And it saves us a ton of move money. Will keep you updated Boss.
