Sometimes you wake up and feel like Methuselah, its hard to even swing your legs out of the bed.
You feel old, and get;n older, everything hurts.
Then it gets near National.
The oils are changed, the bike is packed.
You;re not even sure you will be able to make it this year, but just in case, your ready.
There's a small voice in the back of you;re head that keeps say;n better get it while ya can;, and you start to feel young again.
You notice the chance of rain and thunderstorms on the day you would need to leave, and you don;t care.
Whats up with that ? Maybe its a curse, but it feels good !
