GREETINGS Brothers, Supports, Prospects, and interested parties.

Well another week down, but this one was a GREAT one. We hosted a Spring Run for NE & SE and came closer to getting Great Prospect further along in the process.

Prospect Rascal did his cross border ride with not just one but THREE Club Officers. We headed down to Bristol VA. I had intended we have lunch at a local sandwich shop there but the owners had decided this was a good time to close shop and go on vacation. I hope the next time they clear that with ME first. LOL as if. So we headed up the street a ways and had some fine Virginia BBQ instead.

While in Bristol, we stopped in at the Indian dealer, yes blasphemy for the others as they're all on Harleys, but I ordered some parts to make my rides a bit more comfortable, e.g., mine-ape bars and a rider back rest. Boy you sure don't think about a back rest when you're 20.

Anyway, we had a great ride down and back. Singer, of course, prepared some wonderful meals. If anyone left hungry, it was clearly their own fault.

Gettin' excited for National to get here. Can hardly wait to meet all the new Brothers and reconnect with those who've been around awhile.

Buddy of mine has asked me to go on a ride with him. I've said yes so will leave my AO around the end of this month, meet up with him, then meet everyone at National. Last time he and I rode together was probably 2011.

I guess that's about all for now.

Well it’s finely sunny and in the 60s here in Maine. Mainer and I will be going to get the bikes inspected tomorrow. Had to put a front tire in his and both tires on the Indian. Somebody said you ride to much. My reply was that’s impossible. Now that I’m 73 I am going to ride as much as possible. Mainer and I will be leaving on 16th of June for nationals will be great to meet all. Hope all have a safe summer watch out for the crazies there out. They’re coming out of the woodwork here in Maine.

The first time I saw a Motorcycle Club was in mid 1960. I was at the Durham County Fair and this group of Black Jackets walked in together and on back of their Jacket was Storm Troppers MC. I thought they were the coolest people. The next time I saw them was in 1972 after I got back from Vietnam. They were on I-85 and had just been in a altercation with another CLUB. I believe they traded their Vest and Patched over to the Hell's Angels in Durham. When I was 24 and living in Charlotte I use to go to a Bar called South of the border to drink were Bikers hung out. I was about to buy me a 1972 H.D. and I was driving my car to Gastonia and saw a large lite up sign at a Church, I really wasn't a Church goer but for some reason I was drawn to go in and listen to this ex-Hells Angel. The place was packed and I just stood up in the back against a poll and listened to his Testimony. My life was kinda messed up and as I listened it was like he was personally speaking to me, well that night I accepted Christ as my Savior and my life was changed. Went to my Apartment in Charlotte and got ride of all my booze, moon shine and Marijuana and got into a Church. The Summer of 1974 I went to Springfield, MO. and started Bible College. I couldn't read real good as I had dropped out of High School were I was taking classes in the 9th and 10th grade. I was asked to get an oral report on a book I hadn't even read. I walked out of School that day in 1968. Just sharing some of my life with you my Brothers. RevMrBlack NAM VETS MC NOMADS NATIONAL CHAPLAIN.

Good morning Boss Skinner, Brothers, Prospects & Support

Well Rascal and I are headed to Beckley , W.V. this fine morning to hook up with Zoot, Doc, Singer and others, this will be Rascals second step to becoming a full patched brother.

weather looks promising, just hoping it stays this way the entire time we are there. Zoot has a trip planned for us to go to D.C. one day so anyone wanting me pass anything along to clown of the united states, let me know.

Got Lame/Andy all shined up like a new nickel for the trip to Beckley, next I got to get him serviced and shined before the Missouri run in June, oil and etc.
Wish us luck and a safe trip and we'll catch you on the flip side, peace be with you all..

Top of the morning to you all, to our President , Patched Brothers, Prospects, and Support. Well here I go again. Made it to Kanab, UT. last night about 9:30, only about 4 hr late, only got lost once (100 mi). Today is another day. I will see if I can find Salt Lake City UT. Sixteen hr. in the saddle wears you out, and makes your butt sore. Think I will take it easy today, I still have 4 days to make it to Soap Lake for the Spring Run. The bike running good, getting 31 to 35 mpg. Going to close fore now, going to find some more sunshine. All of you ride safe, I want to meet you at Nationals. To Steamer and Gearbox, thank you and see you there.
Going to stop in Salt Lake and see a 88 yr.old Nam Vet that I served with in Viet Nam.

Good morning to our President, Patched Brothers, Prospects, and Support. To all happy Mothers day. Well here I go again. Left Albuquerque this morning at 5:30, the roads were clear, no sun, and 45 deg. The sun came up about 6:30, and at least it warmed up. Hope to make Kanab, Ut. buy tonight. Zion park in the morning, and Salt Lake for night stop.
Everyone stay safe, and don't let your head get sun burned. It hurts.

Good morning Boss Skinner, Brothers, Prospects & support

D9 & myself hooked up with Rascal yesterday for a nice ride out to a biker bar called the tradesman, good food, good atmosphere, good people, Rascal & I discussed our up coming trip to Beckley W.V. our route and how long we can stay. We decided we're going to stay in the motel in Beckley because it will be easier for all when getting ready in the morning to start our day, we also agree we can't stay for 5 days due other commitments, one being mothers day, so I will giving you a call Boss asap.

Took a scoot with some friends to see a friend play music and sing and enjoyed the Kentucky derby atmosphere.. Met an older wonderful lady Carol, who was dressed to the gills for the derby. all had fun acting and joking like we were teenagers.

We have several rainy days coming up this week, hope most of it passes so we can get back to riding..

Well until my next post, I send my love and support to all members, & support in our M.C.

Greetings and Salutations to all Patch Holders, Prospects, Support, and those wondering what happened to the Brotherhood you used to know and trust- it's been here waiting for you!
With the World in chaos, our Club stands tall and uncompromising where Duty, Honor, Country, isn't just words- it's a way of life!
Wherever our patch is seen it represents a breed of men that went through impossible trials and times, facing enemies on the far away battlefields of Vietnam and on the homeland soil upon their return.
We ride for the names on The Wall, the POW/MIA roster, and those who returned, but didn't survive the memories replaying in their heads 24/7. We ride to honor our fallen Club Brothers- Gone But Not Forgotten.
Lastly, we ride to let everyone know we're still here until the last exhaust pipe is silent.
We've waited long enough, lets make up for lost time on the road, meet and greet, and just have a good time!
I wish all fair roads, balanced loads, and happy abodes!
