Good morning to Boss Skinner, Regional Presidents, Patched Members, Prospects, and Support. I have had a couple of days to come up with what, and how I want this letter to be able to let all of you know and feel what I am feeling now. I am going to make this a real short background. As a kid I was shuffled from one place, then to another. As I grew up the only person that I cared about was myself. Thank GOD my wife was able to show me what honest caring, and love was. This she was able to give me for over 50 yrs. Her passing jest over a year ago I thought that I would not see or feel that again. Over the last 6 month’s that I have been getting to know the people that make up the NAM VETS NOMAD MC, I found that these men really understand the meaning of “brother hood”. Nothing could have brought this out for me see any more than what this group of men that make up the leadership of the NAM VETS NOMAD MC did for a Vietnam brother. Several weeks ago I requested that I be removed as a prospect, due to the increasing advancement of my Parkinson. I felt that I could not fulfill my responsibilities as a prospect. Instead of accepting my request, they showed me that their understanding of brotherhood went to far greater depth’s than jest words. These officers that were elected by the members of this MC, stood up and took another look at a Vietnam vet that’s not 100% prospect material. Kind of like a old book that’s been read a lot. I feel that these men opened their hearts and saw a Nam vet that wanted to belong to this brother hood, but felt he would be a hindrance, not an asset. They have asked me to continue as a prospect, and to participate in the club functions as much as I can. I can’t say thank you enough, it’s a small fraise, but to me I have my heart attached to it. To all the officers that went out of their way for another vet., to all the patched members, my brother prospects, and support, I thank you, and wish all of you a very HAPPY NEW YEAR. back at you HAPPY NEW YEAR .We had planned a trip to see LAAM but the weather went bad so have not made it there yet.Now it's a wait and see after I go back to work on Monday ,training for new employees.Should be some fun.

( ten days of misery, seems the older we get the longer it takes to get rid of. ) CT went good yesterday ( stent still hanging in there ). Back again on 7th for biopsy, Weather here has been the pits, 40's at nite , 60 about 2pm ( if lucky LOL ) Miss wind therapy, Ain't nothing but but a thing , Maybe mother nature will give a day or two soon, so can get bike off stand. fingers crossed. Outside of that all is ok our AO, Hoping to cage it Mon. to see Brother Steamer and breakfast club, ( always a blast ). Thoughts to all on mend, To all our Brothers and Sisters out there, ( Have a Great and Safe New Year. LLRBF

Getting ready to get out of Cali and head back to our AO in the morning.
It's been a great trip. Sure a few glitches here and there, with the RV having an odd water leak, a bald tire, and some other minor issues. The good news is, she runs like a scalded dog, the generator now works and we have TV. well mostly on the TV, can't get the satellite to connect properly. Oh well, We didn't travel 2800 miles to watch TV. Oh and the best news, rear brakes are like new, fronts are less than half worn.
Singer and I are looking forward to National, but who isn't right? I'm really looking forward to seeing Singer getting some wind therapy on her new to her trike. I think it'll be really good for her. I know getting some wind therapy of my own will certainly help. I really can't believe I've had my Indian almost five months and it's not even broken 500 miles. I remember when I bought my 2013, I had more than five-hundred miles on it in less than two days. Times change I guess.
Here's hoping 2021 is much better for everyone than 2020 has been, The 'rona, murder hornets, flying sharks, snakes on planes, and way too many hospital stays.

Seasons Greetings to all Officers, Patch Holders, Prospect and Supports. The weather finally took a turn to the cold side. Baby Girl is all snug in her bed and dreaming of warmer days ahead. We made our 2000 mile mark with 11 extra miles. Can't wait for Nationals. Wanting a meet and great so bad I can taste it. Other then COLD "Brrrrrr" all is well in my AO. I heard that on Friday ( Christmas Day ) there is a plan to flood Facebook with RED ( remember everyone deployed) if you have not heard or seen this the idea is to take a photo of yourself with a red shirt title your post R.E.D. And post on Facebook.

This letter is to Boss Skinner, all Regional Presidents, the Patched Members, all current Prospects, and Support. I am writing this letter to all the members of the Nam Vets Nomads MC. I wish that I could be writing something other than what I am going to say. I will make this as short as I can. I was diagnosed with Parkinson in 2013, by the VA, and won me membership in the AO club. It has slowly increased its presence on me over the last 7 ½ years. This nuisance has not kept me from riding, I jest had to find a new way to ride my horse, without falling off. Well I think that I have skinned that cat jest about every way I can think of. Over the last month the Parkinson has hit me fairly hard, and the outlook for the future is not the greatest one could hope for bike riding. I have waited till now hoping that this was jest a bump in the road. Now I have to say it, I am going to withdraw my request to be a NAM VETS NOMAD PROSPECT. I can assure you that I was looking forward to the journey that lay ahead of me. I wish things had turned out different. I heard some where that if you wish in one hand, and poop in the other, you’ll be guaranteed poop! Again I wish each and everyone a very MARRY CHRISTMAS, and a healthy and prosperous NEW YEAR! May your roads be dry, and the sun to your back, thank you all. Wayne W. Watts sr.

well here it is the winter solstice is upon us once again, that means the days are getting longer, then spring will be here. we got pounded over here on the east coast with a ton of snow last Wednesday about 10" to be exact, had to shovel the driveway 4 times, then went for a stress test the next day, boy was that an experience, it was one of those nuclear test and when they put that chemical in me, I thought what the hell is going on, but the result were all good.
Christmas is has finally gotten here, D9 and I love watching the old traditional Christmas movies, White Christmas, Holiday Inn, The Holiday affair, and our favorite, the Polar express and of course all the good old Christmas songs..
Just wanted to check in and say hello and to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous & healthy New Year.. Love and peace to you all.

Greetings Boss, patched brothers, prospects , support, etc. Been a crazy week, Mouse and I have been down for the count with bad colds. We went thurs. and got the covid swab test ( not fun ). Got our results last night and are Negative ( Thank You Lord ) . Playing it safe until my CT at main VA next week, so staying indoors, since we are both not at 100% yet. Our positive thoughts to all on mend. Stay safe all , Wishing all our Brothers and sisters and fams a Merry Christmas and Great 2021. All for now LLRBF NVFFNV

Weather has been gray, wet, and windy. I still look hopefully at little patches of blue sky, and wait the next 20 minutes for the weather to change again. Lol!
I wish all a Merry Christmas, a winter less vicious, and your meals delicious!
