Greetings to all my Brothers and Support.
Last couple weeks have been cold but clear. Great for getting yard in shape so I can ride instead of mow and pull weeds. Burn pile up and blazing just in time for next snow.
Hoping this will be the last, will probably have to trade it for rain.
Hope everyone is well and think SPRING.

Respect

Evening all. So much rain here beginning to grow gills. Harley is screamin to get out & down the highway, careful not to get cabin fever. Testing the waters of the MC world, I spent 4 years with another Vets MC, been out nearing 2 years now, missing the Brotherhood, Love & Respect. Considering this group as I'm an in country Viet Nam vet.

Brothers, Prospects and Support,
Had a bad minute today. Had to fork over 700 clams today for TIRES! UGGHH!
OK, starting over. Things here in (sunny) S.C. are STILL wet! There is something to be said for living in the Low Country, soggy!
OK, starting over. All is well here. Things are looking better all the time. Don't have to go back to the VA till May! Oil change next week and a trip to East Spring run A.O. to see about the location of different venues. Will be happy to see all that can make it. Hope all Brothers and Support are well and still kicking azz!

Shout out to all,
Well rain is coming like it's spring.Could not tell you all how much we have had already this year. But the ground is soaked.
Started buying stuff already for National.2 year old 20 ft trailer 2014 Ford F-150 to pull trailer, more tie down straps.Should be in a shape for this year.
Toilet in our bedroom started flushing real slow ,tried all I could think of to open it up.Pulled it up ,cabled it out several times but never helped much soooooo,New toilet today after school ,took 45 minutes to get it upstairs by myself and install it.Flushes now good bye poop.
Aubbrey has screwed her knee up and may have some bad news coming her way.MRI did not look good.So onto specialist for a look see.f@$%^# shit.
Have not been on bike for so long may have to get lessons to refresh abilities.
Don't have much else to say except spring run is not to far away and we all need some wind therapy.

Singer from Beckley, WV wrote on 02/15/2019 at 8:45 pm
Hi Guys and Gals! I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Singer, Doc Gonzo's lady and proud new Support. I'm a post Viet Nam Army medic veteran and have spent the last 20 years serving my brother and sister Veterans working at the VA, first in Denver then St. Louis and Cheyenne before coming to the Beckley VA Medical Center last February.

I hadn't ridden a bike in 35+ years when I met Doc Gonzo, who got me interested in re-learning to ride again. So that's my goal this spring.. relearn to ride while not clobbering myself in the process. 🙂

The name Singer is really short for Folk Singer. I play a 12 String Martin Custom guitar and sing mostly folk and mellow rock stuff.

Looking forward to meeting the folks on the Spring run and National ride.

Ciao for now, Brothers and Sisters

Greetings Brothers, Supports, Prospects & well wishers!

Hope everyone is having a good R.E.D. (Remember Everyone Deployed) Friday.

All's quiet here, weather is mild but not quite riding weather this week, next week isn't looking too good either. Maybe warm enough to give Betty a good bath and going over.

Hoping this finds all our Brothers well, or well on the mend, Grumpy.

Hey to all my Brothers and Support,
Well 12 degrees this morning should warm up to 25 so
the snow can start again. Sometimes even us Wetlanders have to deal with the Great White North.
Can hardly wait for Spring run. Should be able to see the sun by then. Stay safe warm and dry.

Patchholders, Prospects, Support and well wishers.
Been checking everything on the bikes in preparation for Spring. The trike is done, the Indian may need a taller windscreen, and I've ordered a very bright headlight for the Kawasaki. Next wash and wax.
Last post we thought we had the Yamaha pretty much done, nope, found a bad CDI so now we have to find one, has to be off a 85 700cc Virago. So back to the drawing board Two years of work and it is beginning to get frustating.
Bottom line, all my Brothers it's time to get your bikes ready to ride, spring will be here soon.
I am looking forward to seeing all of you at the National.
May everybody's health be good.

Greetings Brothers, Supports, Prospects and well wishers!!

Well yesterday was 70 degrees; today not so much; might hit 40 but doubtful.

Going on a PGR mission tomorrow for a Nam Vet Sailor. Hoping turn out for him will be good.

Everything in the AO is good to go. Did have an idiot (drunk, drugged or just stupid) take out about half the mailboxes on the street the other day. Apparently the State Police investigated. Not much of an investigation though as we were never interviewed. Oh well. Luckily I had put up about the cheapest mailbox I could find instead of the one I really wanted. Someone in our neighbourhood Facebook group posted they found the guy, so I guess State Police did some good.

Counting down days to Spring, Spring Run and National!! Hoping all who are able to attend do.

Brothers, Prospects, Supports and well wishers!

Glad to see all the recent posts, hope to see many, many more.

Greetings from the vast deep freeze! We're still thawed, heat is working fine, All is good here. Hope the same for all our Brothers.

Days are getting a bit longer, slowly but surely. Looking forward to Spring and Summer. I know our Brothers in the NW are especially ready for Summer. Hang in there Brothers, warmer days are coming!

All's good here in my AO. Still need to get Rhonda in the shop to diagnose her odd front jug noise.

That's about all for now

Good Morning All,
First I want to remind you to pay your dues before the end of January so Laam can close out the books for the year.
Second response to request for posting was good however some still need to let us hear from ya.namvetsmc.com
Third the CLUB is in great shape strong loyal members and our finances are solid thanks to all of you.We have a new Prospect ZOOT some have met others looking forward to at Spring run.
Fourth Steamer is on the mend and should be able to make National.
Fifth I do not know of any other member in bad shape just the normal aches and pains we all share.
Sixth very sad to hear our V.P. and Nancy lost their rescued pet.Dogs and cats take on a very special place in our families and it is always painful to see them leave. However we all will reunite someday and all our pains will subside.Riding in the wind forever.
I along with all looking forward to Spring the Northwest has a ride developing and East has one set in stone.
Brothers and Support you have my never ending respect and gratitude for all you.THANKS

Hello to all my Brothers and Support. All is well in the Northwest. A trace of snow and plenty of the wet stuff. Trying to get yard in shape between rain events. Not a lot of progress yet.

Replaced battery, changed oils, waiting on tires but ready for a quick getaway. Spring Spring!!!!

Hoping a great year ahead for all my Brothers and their families.
